Why we built it
Parking signs are dense, inconsistent and easy to misread — different times, different days, permit exceptions, maximum stays and operator small print all crammed onto one board, usually while you're in a hurry. One misread line is all it takes to come back to a penalty notice. Park Pal Pro does the reading for you and says it in a sentence you can act on.
How it works
Snap the sign
Take a photo of the parking sign, or pick one from your gallery. That's the whole input.
Read it in plain English
We turn the small print into a short summary with a traffic-light key: green for what you can do, amber for restrictions to watch, red for what is not allowed.
Confirm and log it
Check the car park name, location code, street and start time, choose how long you need, and we save a GPS and time-stamped record of the session.
Get back in time
Reminders land 30 and 15 minutes before your stay expires. If the operator offers app or web payment, we link you straight there to extend.

What Park Pal Pro is not
- We are not a parking operator. We do not own, run or enforce any car park.
- We do not take parking payments. Where an operator offers app or web payment we simply link out to them.
- Signing the site lawfully and enforcing within site conditions is the operator's responsibility, not ours.
- We are not responsible or liable for any PCN, parking charge, fine, clamping or towing you receive.
- Sign explanations and appeal drafts are guidance, not legal advice — always check the sign yourself.
In short: we help you understand the rules, but where and how long you park — and any charge that follows — remains your responsibility as the driver, and the site itself remains the operator's responsibility.
