What do I get during the 7-day free trial?
Everything in Pro+, from the moment you create your account: 3 scans a week with up to 6 photos each, AI-drafted PCN challenge letters, and your full evidence pack. We never take your card, so nothing is charged. When the 7 days are up your account simply moves to the Free plan on its own.
Why would I pay for Pro+?
Because the average penalty charge is £60–£130 and Pro+ is £1.99 a month. One avoided or successfully challenged fine pays for more than two and a half years of monthly Pro+, or over four years on the annual plan.
I only need help with one ticket. What should I buy?
The PCN Pass. It's £2.99 once, gives you seven days of everything, then switches itself off. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Monthly rolls month to month and stops when you stop it, and you can move back to Free from your profile whenever you like. If you cancel, you keep the access you have already paid for until the date it runs out.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Open your profile, go to 'My account & data' and use the plan panel. You'll see the exact price and currency before you pay, and your plan badge updates as soon as the payment goes through.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Ask for your money back within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full, no reason needed.
